I can’t give it 5 starts even though I love the look but this mascara is NOT WASHABLE. I have tried soap, lash cleaner , Micellar water , jojoba oil NOTHING works. I have to keep trying until it’s removed and even then I always have residue. It’s super frustrating. I’d like to hear from Loreal about how to properly take this off. The only things I like about it are it doesn’t smudge throughout the day and definitely fans out my lashes and look longer and fuller. However , my love for those results is cancelled out but how incredibly impossible it is to “wash off “. I’m hoping Loreal can reply to me with a technique otherwise I will have to stop using this week. Thank you.

This mascara isn’t average. It makes my lashes stand out but it flakes a lot and it’s really hard to remove, even with using micellar water or other makeup removers. I don’t like it and won’t buy it again.

This mascara has almost the same lengthening effect as the L’Oréal Telescopic (my backup) but adds more volume. I buy the waterproof and do have some slight transfer under my eyes that I have to wipe away. When the L’Oréal Unlimited was discontinued I was so sad, but this seems to be the replacement! I wish they made the waterproof in brown for a softer color option.

Love this mascara! I do not like mascara that alters your lashes too much. I like enchanted natural lashes and this does it. It’s easy to use and lasts all day and doesn’t clump or flake. High end lashes for a nice price!

I love the wand, it’s firm, not bendy. However, the formula is not working for me. It is waterproof, and it comes off easily with baby oil, but it does not hold the curl that I put in my lashes. It’s also flaking after about two hours. It also doesn’t really do much. There’s no lengthening, there’s no real volumizing, it’s just my lashes colored. This could be because I do use a lot of moisture products, but I don’t know and my HG mascara — waterproof Benefit Bad Gal Bang — lengthens, volumizes, holds the curl I put in and doesn’t flake, and comes off with baby oil also.

It was an overall fine mascara. I didn’t feel like it lengthened or “volumized” my lashes though. The worst part is it flaked off throughout the day leaving black flecks on my face…

For me this mascara doesn’t smudge, which is a plus. However, I can’t remove it at the end of the day. I feel when I try to remove it I take all my lashes with it. I will not be able to wear this everyday because of that.

I don’t know what I’m missing but all the positive reviews clearly makes me think I’m doing something wrong ... the brush bristles are too far apart, my lashes just clump. I have other brands where I don’t need to curl before and they add length and fullness but this wand is awful. I don’t have difficulty getting it off though so I guess I have that going for me? It also does last all day so the wear is good if you can figure out how to make it look good

Mascara is fine but it is impossible to remove. Even waterproof eye makeup remover doesn’t take this non-waterproof mascara off without scrubbing. Searching for an alternative mascara immediately.
