Made my hair dry and made it smell so strong it was horrible. Returning it the next day. Don’t bother with this though not worth the money!!

Absolutely loved the old formula. Please bring back the “Repairing Shampoo” and “Repairing Conditioner”. The app image even still shows that formula is the one offered with this purchase but it is not what I received. You will get the “Damage Reversing Shampoo” and “Damage Reversing Conditioner”. The new formula smells different and makes my hair greasy after just one day… sad day..

I have used this product for several years. Up until now, I loved it! Went to the store to purchase more. and to my dismay, found that the base\cap had been changed. It no longer stands up in the shower caddy due to the cap being smaller, It is now top heavy! It also smells terrible! I loved the smell before, now it is a strong perfumy smell. Very disappointed!

I have been using this shampoo for about 15 years. It works really well. Unfortunately, the last bottle that I bought has a new fragrance. I have a very sensitive nose, and I do not like its new scent. Therefore, I will need to find a new product.

I’ve used this happily for years and years. I just bought a new bottle of both shampoo and conditioner and the conditioner now smells so strong and terrible and very masculine. I hate it. I’m very disappointed and now will be looking for a new every day shampoo and conditioner.

This shampoo was my go to for our family but I just opened a new bottle today with the new design. It doesn’t say with protein on the front anymore, the smell is strong, and it made my hair feel super dry. Please go back to the old formula. The ingredient list is different or not in the same order anymore either after comparing my old and new bottle.

I have been using the Elvive Repair for years and always purchase the large bottle when available. I just opened a new one and am highly disappointed in the new scent! I have sensitivities to certain smells that trigger allergic reactions and this new stench is one of them. I'm now stuck with a big bottle that I cannot use. If you had noted "new formula" anywhere on the bottle I would have known to check before purchasing.

Used shampoo twice. Both times, I noticed that I was losing a lot of stands of my hairs while showering. Stopped using and didn’t even try to use the conditioner. Can’t return b/c I threw the box away.

YALL!!! I have never written any beauty product review before but since using this shampoo a single time I had to hop on here and rave about it! I have near waist length THIIICK frizzy hair and am always looking for something to help tame it. Like I mentioned I’ve only used it a single time and my hair is as if I blow dried it and added loads of products. It’s so soft and calmed my frizz MAJORLY. When I tell you I’ve never had a shampoo this good, I SWEAR!!! I’ve tried so many and nothing compare! I’m thrilled and overjoyed at this product! I cannot wait to get the matching conditioner next time I’m at the store!!!

This makes my hair so greasy. Idk what it is about the formula but even if I mix it with another shampoo or conditioner it makes my hair heavy and weighed down. Had hopes but nope. The photos I posted are just washed hair and air dried! So gross I feel like I need to take another shower. So I just put my hair in a slicked back braid. Or bun. I got it at the dollar store for $10 a set.
