Q: Why does this product contain AVOBENZONE and OXYBENZONE? I thought those ingredients are thought to be carcinogenic. One or both of them are banned in the U.S. by 2023.

Used this sunscreen for a few days now, and honestly it makes my face feel good, the only downside is that it also makes my face look too oily. Regardless of my skin type I can’t guarantee the product will have the same effect on everyone

This had a very oily texture and just felt greasy on my face. Ended up using it on my body instead just so I didn’t waste it. Wouldn’t recommend.

After completing the AI skin test it was recommended to purchase this set as part of my routine. After receiving the products I began using them as suggested and soon my skin reacted and actually burned. I thought it was just part of the process of using the products and quickly I realized it wasn't. My skin from my forehead all the way to my neck was covered in bumps. I ended up calling to have the products returned and my skin went back to normal in a few days of stopping the products.
A definite must have!

I am very disappointed at the Anthelios AOX Antioxidant Serum with Sunscreen, daily 50 US formula! I used this serum for over 5 years and it was great! (And it was daily 60 if I remember correctly…) Because it was made in France, and it lasted longer! Recently I noticed my bottle would last half or even less of the time, it used to last, I didn’t changed any routine, nor applied more product on my face, so I thought, somebody was using my personal stuff!! Until I locked it, and voila! Same results plus I started to notice that the shiny greasy finish in my face was not because my face became oily! It was another change in my product! Very frustrated and disappointed, I grabbed my bottle, discovered a PLASTIC BAG inside the glass bottle! And product is MADE IN US! NOT FRANCE! (As it used to be!!) What’s going on!!? I felt cheated! Why here in US, WE DO NOT HAVE THE SAME QUALITY? Nor the same amount for the price paid? Are we second class consumers? SO DISAPPOINTED… SO SAD! A brand that I was always proud to use and recommend and it has failed me, (and for sure many more loyal users…

Before trying this sunscreen, I tried many brands without success. This is perfect! The fact that it combines great sun protection along with Vitamin C serum is genius. I’m all about using double duty products to alleviate having to use 2 different ones. 👍🏻👍🏻

My go to sunscreen for the past 3 months. I’m darker toned, but the serum blends in nicely and doesn’t pill or leave a cast. It also doesn’t leave my face feeling oily as other products do, however, it does leave you looking shiny. Not necessarily a problem for me, but it may be for others. I haven’t noticed any active breakouts or skin irritation with the usage of this serum. My dislikes is the price for the amount that comes in the bottle. Also noticed eye irritation, especially if you put the serum too close to the eye, which I have accidentally on occasion. I, too, don’t like that it comes in a glass bottle but inside the glass bottle is a plastic bag. It’s not environmentally friendly.

I have been using this for years ~ lightweight, absorbs quickly, feels luxurious when applying it, three key antioxidants, plus SPF50 .. a small bottle, yet packs a mighty punch. One on my vanity table, and in my tote . I reapply two/ three times during the summer. In the fall / winter, too - then apply a moisturizer on top . I am soooooo happy I bought this when I read about it via O magazine. LRP God/ Goddess ~ THANK YOU!

I love this product, but I was really bummed to buy a HEAVY glass bottle only to discover it has a plastic bag inside. And it’s attached to the pump?! Seems so wasteful. And just more plastic to leech into me, ugh. Find a way to sell refills, and maybe I’ll get on board, but otherwise I’m so sad to say I won’t repurchase.

I started using this every day in the summer a few years ago and this ended up curing my rosacea acne. Rosacea acne is different than regular acne and most things I had tried were too irritating. I use it everyday and don’t know what I would do without this product. I love how light it is on the skin. My skin is a million times better since I’ve used this product daily.

At times, if this very hydrating sunscreen is layered under or over another hydrating skincare product that has not fully absorbed into skin, it can cause the moisturizer to ball up or “pill”. To help avoid this, we recommend allowing the first product you apply in your skincare routine to fully dry and absorb into skin until it feels dry to the touch before layering on the next product. Great product! My dermatologist recommended I use this. I was getting brown spots every time I was outside. I no longer worry about going outside as long as I have this sunscreen on. I feel free be out enjoying the outdoors with no worries of brown spots.
