First time I’ve tried black liner. I’m sure it takes practice. It’s a nice tip to apply the liner. May hands aren’t particularly steady and my eyes have some wrinkles so it’s a bit challenging but I am getting better. I find that it runs or wears off at the outside corners CB of my eyes. Trying another brand to see if it is the same.
