These were very dry and crumbly. Also, the expiry date was 12 days away from the purchase date, so they weren't the freshest. Lara Bar needs to stick to their original formula for their bars and not try to make granola bars.

They have Roasted Peanuts, Semisweet Chocolate Chips* (Unsweetened Chocolate, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Vanilla Extract), Almonds, Honey, Crisp Rice, Oat Flour, Maple Syrup, Cocoa Powder*, Pecans, Coconut Oil, Salt. The product is also Fair Trade Certified™ by Fair Trade USA. After trying them, I don’t like them. They just have a weird taste and they are not filling. My opinion is they also just don’t have enough protein in them. They’re tiny and also they have way too much sugar at 5 g per bar overall for 160 cal you can do better. They are also really dry and hard. overall not a fan.

The flavor is good. It’s a trail mix type baked snack but very delicious. The bar sizes themselves are good and the dark chocolate flavor pairs amazingly with the nuts and other ingredients. Loved them!

They aren’t soft, but have a nice texture and the taste is amazing!! It’s just a chocolate covered peanut. All the flavors are there.
