BEST BAR ever. First healthy tasty bar that doesn’t have crappy oil. Instead of cheap canola like most good bars they used coconut oil! I appreciate how Lara uses all high quality ingredients even something like oil that makes a big difference to some GI sensitive ppl!

The texture was Very dry. The bar is crumbly, so you cannot eat on the go, or in the car, without leaving a trail of crumbs. With the name of peanut butter and jelly, I expected a smoother texture. I do not know why there is not peanut butter, or even dates like other bars, that would add a smoother texture. The fruit did not add much fruitiness either.

It was in a multi pack so I got to enjoy it a few times vs just a single bar. I was expecting it to be a little more on the softer side since it is PBJ, but it was crunchy, a little more harder than a granola bar but it still tasted good. I don't know if I would've guessed PBJ if I wasn't told it's flavor but that was ok for me since the flavor was nice. Wish it was more soft but that was my only negative on the product. And also The wrapping was easy to open as was the box.

They are great on-the-go snacks and a nice pick me up when I’m craving something a little sweet. While the PB&J flavor isn’t my favorite, it’s not bad. I find that this flavor is a little drier than others they offer.
