A: The set requires 6 “AAA” (1.5V) batteries (not included).

A: Yes. All Laser X blasters are compatible, even if they don't come in the same box. You can even mix different types of blasters. You don't need to do anything special. Just turn them on, and they'll all work together.

A: The beep cannot be turned off. The reason it beeps is to let players know their opponents are "in play." Without the beep, someone can just hide for the entire game and emerge the winner.

A: Laser X works best with BRAND NEW, high-quality alkaline batteries like Duracell or Energizer.

A: Hi, Ravishankar. NSI takes the safety of our products and our customers very seriously. Most of us at NSI are parents and grandparents, so we understand that safety is paramount. All of our products are rigorously tested to and comply to all applicable mandatory U.S. Safety Standards, including but not limited to ASTM F963-17 U.S. Mandatory Toy Safety Standards and the Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). All Laser X products are tested to and comply to those standards. Laser X products do NOT use laser beams to function. Laser X products incorporate infrared beams - similar to those used to operate standard home appliance remote controls – for example a television remote.

A: Yes! All Laser X blasters are compatible – every blaster, in ever price point, new and old models. All you have to do is turn on your blaster and join the fun!

A: We recommend ages 6+ but often see YouTube videos with kids who are much younger.

A: Absolutely! All Laser X blasters are compatible – every blaster we make. All you have to do is turn on your blaster and join the fun! With your set, the colors on the chest receiver turn from green to red as you are hit. When it's solid red, you're out. So those colors have nothing to do with the team color you choose for your blaster. With these Revolution blasters, the receivers are built right into the blasters, and you don't wear a chest receiver at all. But all of our sets -- with and without chest receivers -- work together!

A: We've had many adults play with this set. The chest receiver bands are elastic, so they fit most people. That said, you might be more comfortable with one of our sets that have the receivers built right into the blasters, so there's nothing to wear.
