A: this isn't an actual laptop so you know. it's a toy. i don't even think it has any way to connect to wi-fi.

Great concept but the keyboard doesn’t work. I liked the idea that it looks like a laptop but the keys are just for show. Only has 5 games and none of them require you to use the keys. My son got board right away.

I bought this for my 2 year old grandson for Christmas so he hasn’t received it yet. But he was at a party and another child had it and he was so excited to use it. Once he started he didn’t want to stop. So I ordered one for him from Target. I can’t wait to give it to him.

Screen not always easy to see. My 3yr old got bored with it reql quick. Didn't engage her long. The music part only plays 2 songs. Abcs and 123s. She asked is that all the songs. The screen isn't that great it's small and depending how it's positioned you can't see what's on screen. It really doesn't have many options for learning in my opinion. It's pretty basic. My 3yr old does know her ABC and 123 numbers but I need her to recognize them and I don't feel this will help. The email is also really cheesy.

I wish so badly they didn’t create the screen to flip around. Everyday either my 2 or 1 year old get their fingers stuck while rotating it around.

Kiddos LOVE tablets and this is a great way to make sure their play is still educational! Only thing is I wouldn't leave it in the car, I left it in the car one day and the screen wasn't working but I brought it inside and the next day it was working perfectly fine again!

My grandmother gifted my son this toy at 1 year old. We exclusively give it to him as entertainment in his car seat for the last year. At 2 years old he is struggling with speech (as many boys do) but the one thing he does know is his letters and letter sounds. He started out obsessed with the little dog who munches on food to count hot dogs, giggling. Then he started pushing the letter buttons over and over. At around 1.5 years old I noticed he started repeating the sounds of the letters in the backseat. He JUST turned two and he can identify about 50% of the alphabet (using alphabet magnets on an easel whiteboard). A, ah, G, guh, F, ffff, H, huh, L, lllll. Not only does he absolutely love this toy to make car rides fun but I think it will help jumpstart his literacy and hopefully help with speech soon.

My main complaint is that it breaks easily. I've bought this twice and both times the mechanism for flipping the screen breaks on the first day. The second time it broke on the first try. I'm glad that target makes it easy to return. As for the product itself, I love the idea of what this could've been but it feels like an unfinished product. It feels like it could've been more or done things a little better. My toddler loves it though.

Shipping was fast and the laptop’s quality is great but the item was damaged upon arrival. (They placed all my items together in a big box and the laptop’s screen was all scratched) Very disappointing! Target should pack items more carefully so they don’t get damaged.
