Did not get off the into questions. All functions kept giving the same info or questions. The questions were also asked too quickly, does not give enough time for a bright 5 year old to find the answer.

5 stars for educational value and broad age appeal This is a great educational toy, my six year old loves the explore mode and it’s great for her curiosity!! My 8yo loves the explore mode as well, and really loves the world racer “game” Unfortunately, the explore mode is very finicky, it doesn’t work at all 50% of the time. we figured out if we touch the other buttons then go back to explore, it works as long as you’re using it. Then turn it off and back on and press other buttons before it for it to work again. The world racer is very fun, but only goes up to 20. Even if you correctly select 20 countries, it will still tell you, “you found 20 countries” - my son is getting up to 30 and frustrated by this response :) For the animal quest and landmark expedition, it only gives you five. no timer or anything. I returned this with the app and target didn’t even ask me to bring it in… so I think there were lots of complaints.
Highly recommended learning toy

Seems like ours was defective, and now I realize all the 5 star reviews came from promotions.. for ours, the sound was way too low and the gorilla (center of the map) doesn’t work. Returning!
Amazing!

This is such a great way to instill knowledge but also the love of adventure and travel in young minds. It gives them insight into other countries and shows where they are in the world. It asks questions about different cultures, animals and the worlds greatest treasures! My granddaughter loves this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LeapFrog Touch and Learn World Map is very nice educational toy. I have 3 kids (2,4 and 6), and it seems that my 4 years old daughter is the most interested in this toy. The toy is well-made. The volume and the sounds are not too loud, nor irritating. Pictures are bright and colorful. The map is interactive and teaches a lot of different things like continents, countries, oceans ans different animals. Phrases are not too long and are appropriate for kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Leapfrog touch and learn world map to help .y 4 yr old grandson learn all about the world. He is very smart and loves to be able to do things for himself. The leapfrog allows him hours of fun and learning without much help from me. I love that he is learning and that I have some quiet time while he is playing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute map and lots to learn. My kids have enjoyed learning about things around the world. It's easy for them to use and they can't break it!! The only thing I'd suggest is to make the sound a little louder. Even on high it's hard to hear! This is a great product for kids especially who love to learn!! It's very interactive!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a fun learning tool. We love it. I really like the different settings and that it does multiple things. When you touch anything on the map it tells you all about the animal or place. You can also use another setting and it asks you find the animal or place. My daughter loves it. She played with it for hours and she's learning while having fun. Easy to wipe clean and you can hang it on a wall or use it on the floor or table. I'm very impressed with teaching capabilities of this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5 year old grandson loves to play with this. He easily gets bored and distracted but with the variety of 'buttons' to push, he is kept entertained. He is learning as he plays. Right now he mainly focuses on animals and where they are. He enjoys the interactive aspect of the map. I have learned a few things that i didn't know, and have a better grasp of what countries are where now. I recommend this to anyone looking for an alternative to screen time and also provide a learning and interactive experince

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son likes pushing all of the buttons to hear the facts on this Touch and Learn Map. This map is easy for him to use on his own. You just have to press pictures on the map. There are 4 different options to play with. One option tells you facts and the other 3 are fun game options. It is easy to change each mode, you just have to press a colored button at the top. The map gives you clues or something to find on the map. I like that it has 1000+ facts to tell you. There are oceans, countries, landmarks, natural wonders and animals. The pictures and quality are nice. It has an attached hanger if you want to hang it on the wall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 3 year old son has a real thirst for knowledge so I knew this would be a great new addition for his room. He was so excited when he saw it that he had to start exploring right away. He has already learned some areas and can say the names before even pressing! I am amazed and how much fun he thinks it is and I really love that he is learning while he is playing! I think this would also be a great addition to any classroom and may gift our preschool one!

There is information on animals, oceans, and laungages from different parts of the world. My niece that is much younger also likes to push the buttons to hear different things.
