[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I added the New Sprouts Grill It to our kitchen area of the classroom the day it arrived and the kids have been playing with it non-stop. They love cooking all the different foods on the grill and then making hamburgers for all their friends and teachers! The product is sturdy too!

The grandkids enjoy playing with the grill and food. The quality of the play food is great. Food is the perfect size for toddler hands. Added bonus- the grate lifts off grill and food can be stored in grill. I wish it came with two grill utensils.
I love this product.

We purchased this grill for our daughter for her birthday! All of the kids absolutely love it! They love pretending to grill the food and using the tongs to put it on and off the grill. They really enjoy stacking the hamburgers with the cheese, tomato, and lettuce. I like that all of the food can be stored inside the grill. Learning Resources has the highest quality play food that I have found. As a preschool teacher, we always had cheap play food that was easily squished to a point of no return. This does not happen with this food. It stays nice, even when put into little mouths. Love it!
Great quality, good for toddlers

Nice rubbery texture, larger size for young toddlers. One of the nicer play food sets I've seen.
Large play set, lots of fun!

My boys (ages 18 months and 3 years) love play food from Learning Resources and this set is especially nice because so many pieces are included. The grate comes off the grill you and you can put all the food inside, which is handy for storage and also fun for my 18 month old who enjoys putting everything in and then dumping it out again. The pieces are large and the play food is so realistic. Durable, too. We received this set to review on my blog, Daily Mothering.

I have had my eye on this grill for a while now. I wanted a play grill to go along with the play kitchen. I didn't however want a huge one since my play kitchen is large. This grill is the perfect size. My favorite part is the tongs. I think it will help the boy I nanny develop his small motor skills further. I love that the play food can store inside the grill. One day we will take it outside for him to grill while my husband grills.

Say good-bye to the winter blues and hello to spring time with the New Sprouts® Grill it! Your kids can play safely and grill up some fun BBQ play food. Whether you want steak, chicken, vegetables, or burgers...there's plenty of yummy play food to go around. I love the amount and variety of play food that comes with the grill. The food is very durable and sturdy and is hands down the best play food around. I love the tongs that come with it as well and even my 2 year old can easily pick up the food with the tongs. The grill is great for imaginative role play as well as fine motor and hand-eye coordination.

The Grill It! set is absolutely adorable. Not only does it come with a bunch of play food, but everything fits inside the little grill! My daughter has this set up at her little play table and I am sure in the summer it will make its way outside next to daddy's grill. The pieces are high quality and I see them lasting through many playtimes. The pieces you get are also ones that you don't find everyday, like grilled chicken breast, asparagus t-bone steak and corn on the cob. I can't stress enough though how quality these pieces are, they are so un-like those cheap play food pieces that you find in the big packages.
Love this Grill It! Set

The three things I love about this set are the tongs, how well made everything is, and how great the grill is for storage. You can read more below.
My absolute favorite piece of the set was the pair of tongs. My almost 3-year-old struggles with fine motor skills and I love finding simple ways to help her strengthen her hand and finger muscles. Tongs are perfect and she had a blast picking up different food items with the tongs, "grilling" them, and then moving them back to the tray.
I also love how durable and well made each item in the set is. The kids have carried all of the items around the house for weeks, dropped them, thrown them, and the baby has even chewed on them... and they still look great and aren't damaged at all!
The grill has a removable grate that makes it super easy to store the play food inside of the grill (covered by the grate) until you are ready to use it. This makes clean up easy for my kids... which means that they clean up, instead of me!
Thanks to Learning Resources for providing us a New Sprouts® Grill it! set for free so that we could share it with our readers.

Mason took to the play barbeque set like a pro and tried picking up the food with the tongs. He has to work on his coordination a wee bit better but he can hold a piece of meat for several seconds! I showed him how to play the food atop the grill but he had more fun with the tongs and meat. Kenzie, on the other hand, was the master of the grill and cooked like a pro. She loves her variety of play food from Learning Resources and this one was extra special because she was doing something that daddy does often. The pieces are really friendly for little hands and they are pretty realistic.
