A: All letters are included! There are 13 llamas, but each has 2 letters. One side has A-M. Flip over to find N-Z on the opposite side.

26 "pieces" equals only 13 letters!! Not even the full alphabet, and not even ones that can go in order. Very random and disappointing.

This set contains only 13 letters. It does contain lots of clear filler plastic. The packaging appears large enough to contain llamas that represent each letter. This item is misleading and useless from the perspective of learning letters or matching upper and lower case letters. I am very disappointed.

Misleading- I purchased thinking there were 26 lamas - but its 13 llamas = 26 pieces. I’m disappointed because it makes it confusing when trying to teach letters and they’re different on each side of the llama. Also the connection between the pieces is bad, because its round the two pieces spin and don’t always stay in place; I foresee it being a problem of the pieces not sticking together. Not worth the price, should be a $8 buy not $17!! 2 stars because my kid still likes playing with them.

Bought this for my Daughter. I gave a 3 star becuase i believe that they needs 26 Llama not double sided alphabet. My daughter went for the letters she knew. Basically the other letters on the side she just ignore. Not much of a learning practice if she ignore the letters that they dont know.

Whether it's the color or the letters or that they fit perfectly in toddler/preschooler hands or just that the llamas are so irresistible, this toy was a success from every point of view. They are durable and well-made and thoughtfully designed.

Love these! My girls love to play with them and I really feel like they’re learning! To those reviews that say they only have 1/2 the alphabet... the Llamas are double sided... different letters on each side! They’re all there!

Don’t waste your money on these. They didn’t do the whole alphabet? I think that’s so odd. We didn’t even get the letter Aa in our batch! The plastic used is also super cheap

It's ridiculous that the entire alphabet is NOT included AND nowhere does it say that. The label states 26 pieces so naturally, you assume all the letters are there. NOPE. I thought they were very cute and a great idea, but they should have the whole alphabet.

It's quite unusual to find something that both my children can play with together that has something for them both. My four year old has just started reception and matching the letters up really got her engaged and pleased with herself when she got them right. My younger daughter is nearly 1 and enjoyed using her co-ordination skills to try and snap them together with help from her sister. These are really simple to use and play with, but effective and can be used to explore letters, colours and practice fine motor skills. I have recommended these to my niece's who are 2 as I think that age would get the most from them covering all aspects of play.
