This worked within just a few days. I had taken an antibiotic in October and my digestive system progressively reached the point where I was incontinent and could not leave the house. It was over Christmas it dawned on me that I needed a probiotic and I ordered this in combination with the Swanson probiotic + prebiotic fiber. I have been taking them together for 30 days and it solved my problem. I plan to continue taking them as they made a huge difference.

I had been taking the Dr. Langer's 16 strain but found this product to be better suited for the times. With the advent of Covid 19 amongst us, it is imperative that we have perfect gut health! I belive this product is beneficial to achieving that goal!!

I wouldn’t recommend this product. Not enough CFU’s to do any good for your gut.

Been taking this for a long time because I had a low immune system and I was tired of being sick all the time. Since taking this I have only been sick twice in the past 8-10 years.

Only bought because the soil-based organisms was out of stock. Too expensive.

I also take Juice festiv. I am very happy with the price, as I took Juice Plus for years, and they just kept raising the price.

This probiotic has a host of great ingredients, except for the last one, which is FOS. If you have IBS like I do, you cannot take FOS. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice this ingredient listed until I got halfway through the bottle and wondered why was I having awful symptoms. FOS, or fructooligosaccharide is a carbohydrate that is non-digestible by humans. They also use this for artificial sweeteners!!! It is also known as inulin and found naturally in many plants such as asparagus, bananas, honey, leeks, onions and wheat. If you have IBS like I do, FOS and any of these plants will definitely give you bloating, gas, diarrhea and a host of abdominal distress. My digestive system definitely does not respond well to FOS!!! Swanson, listen up... FOS is not a good thing to add to your probiotics and unfortunately, I’m sorry to say, it’s in most of the probiotics in the Swanson line. This is why I can only give this product one star. Sorry!

I can't really tell how good this product is. I've finished one bottle and reordered. Maybe I'll be able to tell after the second bottle.

We just started using this, too early to report results. I am giving it to my husband who has just finished 2 rounds of antbiotics. His mood is already improving.
