Even after taking it for a month, it seems to work well. Though, ideally this should take a couple of months to reach the critical point. I take it in conjunction with Balance too, which may aid improvements in GI.

I unfortunately did not have a great experience with this product. I have servers GI problems upon taking it and couldn't reach a toilet fast enough sometimes. Wish it worked for me, but that wasn't the case.
