This is the first time I've used a supplement strictly for my joints and it's been a game-changer. I train HARD, 3 days of MMA, 3 days of weightlifting, and 1 day of HIIT plus core. Sometimes I'm skeptical of supplements, but Fortify has exceeded my expectations. I've experienced on-and-off knee pain for YEARS and just assumed this was my life. I don't know if this is the cause, but what I do know is I weigh 97kg and can do a 100km ultra marathon with minimal training and the only thing that was sore the next day was my muscles. I have been using fortify for about 6 years now, and I haven't had any knee pain for a long time.

I'm someone who doesn't really suffer much from joint pain. However, when I do it is usually pretty bad. After using Fortify, I can say that the pain that I sometimes feels has definitely lessened. I feel if you stack this on top of legion's other supplement, your recovery will definitely be much better.
