This drink is amazing! I don't feel sore at all the next days after strength or HIIT!! I used to take 1st Phorm's ignition and it would give me same results BUT tons of carb calories I could not fit into my calorie deficit so this definitely takes the cake!!

I purchased the unflavored recharge to start taking a creatine supplement. I mix it in my greens and reds and it's the best thing I've done recently. I use about 13oz of water for both supplements together and they mix very very well(I use a hand frother). I have been lifting for about a year and a half and I do think I've seen better progress in the past month that I've been taking recharge. I would highly recommend this product.
