I love this set. It's right up there with the Great Wave set for me. I loved how the frame isn't a solid part of the set instead held in by Technic pieces so you can choose how you want to display it. It like the background, I felt it was really well done color wise and the Mona Lisa being slightly 3D was excellent too. I had a blast putting this one together.

This wasn’t on my “got to have it” list, but after reading several reviews I gave in. It was a fun and enjoyable build. It looks so good in person rather than the online images. I would recommend this to others.

I put this together a few days ago and when I was done I hugged it. I even took it in the car to show my son. There was not a whole lot of extra pieces which I love. Was not to hard to hang up. It is like having your own Mona Lisa at home. For someone that don't have much to decorate her apartment this means a lot to me. I decided after buying this that I would buy all up the Lego art collection to build and put on my walls at home.

This is so fun for adults who love lego with an interest in art, the pieces are so easy to understand and put together and while it takes some time it also doesn’t take forever. The colors are beautiful and it’s such a great derivation of the real Mona Lisa! I love the packaging very no fuss and easy to understand and durable too. For younger ages, I would recommend an adult present due to small pieces that may be a hazard but overall very fun and can’t wait to try another lego set! The size is medium, I was expecting bigger but I believe it is to represent the size of the real artwork.

We seemed to be missing one piece in one of the later steps, but we were able to substitute with another piece we already had. The finished piece looks great in our family room.

He builds a lot of complex lego sets so this may take longer to build for others but it’s a very cute lego option that will look great on your walls as well. The set seems to be durable, the only complaint is that the hook is hard to adjust on the wall.

This was one of the funnest sets I have ever done. Even building out the frame which you would think would be extremely boring was exciting to see it come together and the detail of the frame is great. The details of the finished product are great and I get several compliments on it.

This was such a fun build! I couldn’t stop myself from trying to finish in one sitting! I managed to finish in about 6 hours. Love the detail and techniques used throughout the build! A must for every LEGO fan!

I bought this being so excited to build it, got the frame together and it would not stay together. The back brace pieces kept falling off and the front tiles kept popping out. Very disappointed!

I love the wall art series and was really excited to get the Mona Lisa. Easy to follow instructions and fun to build. However, when it came to fitting one of the last pieces it wouldn't engage. It is the wedge shaped piece to the left of the mouth. I tried for ages but it kept falling off, I tried putting a smaller piece in the gap underneath but that didn't work. Finally I gave up and the piece is now held in place by sticky tack. I am very disappointed as I have never had any problem with the many sets I have. If it had not been for this problem I would have given 5 stars across the board

After seeing initial fan reaction to this, I was hesitant to purchase and build. I’m a big fan of the Lego art theme and decided to finally give this a try. It was a pleasant surprise! The gold frame is the standout for me, those gold pieces really set it off. The likeness of Mona Lisa is good enough given the limitations of Lego. Very satisfying at the end to put the piece in the frame and secure it with pins. If you’re a fan of Lego art or looking for a satisfying build, I would recommend this set all day.

Although I had Lego sets given as presents when I was a child, and having bought well over 75-100 sets for my own 3 children, this is the first I ever purchased for myself. Although the idea of the set was cool and I went to look at it in the store, it wasn't until my wife suggested that I buy it for myself that I planned on doing so. My kids have had some pretty large sets coming with multiple books and several days working at the dining room table, putting them together, such as the full size millennium falcon or Boba Fett's Slave II, etc. (Of course I wasn't shorted a single piece due to Legos thorough quality, assurance processes, so it was smooth building.) I told myself to go slowly to enjoy it, but really just wanted it done so I could see how it looked. With a one hour break for dinner, I had sat at the table on Saturday for about seven hours putting it together -what childhood joy. Thank you, Lego.
