Overall look is good. When i buy LEGO i want to enjoy the building experience. This set has a bad building experience and just stacking the pieces on the plates. Comparing this vs the starry night lego, there is a huge building difference
Amazing

10 out of 10 will recommend.the build wasn’t too hard but you have to pay close attention to what your doing cause I can say from experience if you do something the wrong way you will have to start that piece over.

This year, facing what most likely will be yet another record climate breaker, I just couldn’t face engaging my traditional hobby of wool knitting. A friend introduced me to LEGO and I am excited for my first complex build and await the century mark to put away the wool and breakout my new LEGO project!

This set looks fantastic. After the frame you get started on the individual plates and realize that everything is single to double studded pieces lol. Obviously, this is what gives the Milky Way its texture, depth, and color range but definitely one where you need to take a break. The repurposing of random pieces is genius and makes the set fun to put together. After finishing you realize exactly what you’ve built and how great it looks. I would recommend

I absolutely loved this build and was actually quite disappointed that I had completed it. The sections were easy to fit together. I love the random pieces within the build too (I won’t spoil it!). I’m new to LEGO and had no issues with this build whatsoever. I can’t rate this set enough. Really is worth the money

This was an awesome build. It is very heavy. Took us at least 30 minutes to hang this up. Too many extra pieces that I am not sure what to do with. Wondering if the Lego count in this box is way off. I ended up with over 100 extra pieces. Some of the pieces like a small extra crowbar, I was like where does this go? The book that came with it though was terrible. The pages was already falling apart. For the price you pay for this the book could of been put together better. The Mona Lisa book was put together better than that. The reason I still rate this 5 out of 5 is because Lego is always awesome. Oh the clear pieces, the one thing we also did not like is that you can see the parts number though it. So if you look at our art you can see the parts numbers. We didn't like that.

My first more expensive purchase and build and I love it. The frame does warp slightly so you have to be careful when handling but it is absolutely stunning when finished and hangs perfectly on my wall. It gets compliments….Would recommend.

This was a fun build for my wife and myself. We would swap building the different plates. We bought the Light My Brick LMB 2.0 light kit as well.

I knew the end product was going to be beautiful and worth the work, but I was not expecting to enjoy this build as much as I did. The designers wisely broke this into 15 panels which made it very easy to follow and created bite-sized pieces. I segmented this build over a weekend, and I did the inside before the border which you totally can as long as your securing the red and green connectors in the backing for stability. I LOVED this process and I really hope they create more like this! (lots of galaxies to chose from ;D )

By far the most boring build I have ever done and very underwhelming finished product. From the boring frame to the redundant placing random pieces on large black squares I would highly recommend getting the Mona Lisa over this one if you’re looking for an art type of set.

This is my second art set and this one was a true joy! I downloaded the Lego Builder app and it was a great interactive tool. I never even opened the paper manual.

I have bought a ton of different Lego sets for myself and my children and this is hands down my favorite set that I’ve ever built. It’s so beautiful that it’s hanging on my wall. Pictures don’t do it justice!
