A: Hi Janet! DUPLO® bricks come in all sorts of sizes and shapes, so measurements can vary a lot, but they’re all twice the length, width, and height of traditional LEGO® bricks. One of our most basic DUPLO pieces – a 2x2 brick (the ones with 4 studs on top) – measures 1.25” by 1.25” and comes to about 0.75” tall (not including the studs). - Emily, LEGO® Customer Service

I grew up building Lego, my kids did, my oldest grankids did and now there's a three-year-old granddaughter who loves, loves, loves blocks and there's no better blocks that Lego. That is the only thing that will keep her attention as well

This was a gift for my daughter. She enjoyed playing with he lil projects that could be made with the blocks especially the lil duck ,helicopter , ice cream . Definitely a great toy for keeping the lil one busy. Would definitely recommend this one .

My preschoolers love Duplo. They are engaged and enjoy constructing and making patterns with the colours. stacking the blocks and using them to count.
