[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great set and one of the easier ones to do in my opinion. I find some quite hard but this one wasn’t too hard. My teenage son loves it although he let me built it. I was missing one small piece but I’m not sure if it dropped or the cat nabbed it. Lots of small pieces so can be quite fiddly.

The desert skiff includes translucent elements for a hover effect, a push-out plank for Luke Skywalker, and a foldout railing reminiscent of Han Solo’s near fall. This set is a safe and versatile option for young and old enthusiasts of the classic Star Wars saga. It includes six LEGO minifigures: Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Chewbacca, Lando Calrissian, Boba Fett, and a special 25th anniversary Nien Nunb, each with authentic accessories. The playset has 558 pieces, so allows for a rich and detailed style of build or assembly. It measures over 9 cm high, 22 cm wide, and 13 cm deep. I am glad to see step-by-step instructions are included as I am quite methodical in my approach to building LEGO. It is a pastime that I enjoy participating in. The LEGO Builder app provides digital tools to enhance the building experience, and more visual aids, should you wish to use it. This set is part of the broader LEGO Star Wars collection, which allows fans to recreate memorable scenes, craft new stories, or proudly display their models. It is regarded as a collectible item in that respect. Personally, I enjoy LEGO as it allows me to take time away and switch off from everyday stresses. Overall, whether it is for play or for display, the LEGO Star Wars Desert Skiff & Sarlacc Pit set hours of imaginative fun, creation and nostalgia. Since it is so durable, it is made to last. Honestly, it is a joyful experience to partake in, whether it is solely or with others. The only thing I would change is to make it a bit more affordable for everyone to purchase and enjoy. That said, the excitement and appeal is so understandable!

Concise instructions were easy to follow and once assembled it's a lovely piece for fans to own and show off.

For what you get in this set, this is a $50 set at most, but $80 is WILD c’mon Lego WHAT ARE YOU DOING 😂

Quite challenging as there are lots of different pieces, unusual shapes etc. the mini figure selection with this set is fantastic. For collectors there's lots to add to their collection. Would highly recommend this set to anybody.

I really enjoyed this one and loved all the mini figures that came with the set.

Overall good model, but height of Skiff should be higher above Sarlacc pit. Instructions poor, due to difficult to view piece locations. Window to select piece's does not match with directions. 1st page window shows 4x2 black plate and location to place in build.

Ordered the build and had a great time building with the family and making memories. Beautiful build and easy to follow instructions. Well worth the cost.

The durability is as good as standard from Lego as always, assembly is straightforward with numbered bags and a good picture manual. It's entertaining with the theme of Star Wars with my partner loves. I'm never disappointed with these sets. Worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great set to play with! It has a thick handbook for instructions, which could be a little clearer, but they do the job fine. The pieces fit together nicely and easily, but we found some needed a hard click together. Overall we've thoroughly enjoyed putting this piece together.

The Sarlaac pit is a fun build and adds a unique dimension. Only drawback, the skiff itself doesn't actually fit everyone on it. Otherwise, the kids really like this set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hours of fun for any child or adult. Iconic brand have created another masterpiece to add to the collection. The kit has built well and was easy enough to assemble. Younger children would be ok building with adult supervision and must have addition for any Lego/Star Wars fans.

The build is okay but aside from the minifigures this set really is lack luster.

I bought this to go with the UCS Jabba's Sail Barge model (75397). It would have been nice had this set been incorporated into a single, complete UCS set, but I presume Lego thought its playability would make it more sought after on its own (JBS is really a collectors piece, although its detailed interior gives it a great deal of playability [as my niece will attest]). Overall, this set was an enjoyable build, and it looks good alongside Jabba's Sail Barge, provided you face the rear of the Sarlacc Pitt away from you to hide the paddles that move the arms. It would have been nice to have the paddles hidden under something (or motorised). The retractable plank was a nice touch that adds to its playability and display potential. That said, the price is expensive for the piece count, particularly since the included minifigures lack at least one guard on the skiff (there were four in the Return of the Jedi scene) and use the wrong version of Boba Fett (from Empire Strikes Back).
