LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon 75192

I bought the Falcon about 7 years ago, it was stored in the loft in its original plain shipping box as I didn’t have anywhere to put it once built, but it finally got the better of me, i have read a lot of reviews to see what peoples experiences where like and as usual there seem to be a lot of negative ones i think some the people who leave reviews forget that Lego can be fragile on such a size and scale with lots of detail, also its not really something you can play about with once built, its a collector’s edition more for display purposes, so if you are expecting to build and try flying around your house or let the your children or grandkids play with it, THEN THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE LEGO SET FOR YOU!. On opening the well presented box there is a magnificent manual with a detailed description of the Millennium Falcon and building instructions, underneath that there are 4 boxes of Lego, as I found all the bags are mixed up in all four boxes so it does pay to open all of them and sort out all the numbered bags as there are multiple bags with the same number for each stage of the build, so people think this is a bit of a hard ship, personally i thing it part of the build sorting all the numbered bags you get the first look at how many pieces there are which i think adds to the excitement of the build. Fortunately for me I didn’t have any missing pieces like others have had, it must be a bit disappointing but Lego will usually replace missing pieces on request. The main structure is made up of Lego technic pieces for strength as it does weigh a lot when built. There are sections that do just sit on with one guide pin to hold it in place, the whole model once built can be moved by one person carefully, but better if two move it. Overall build fantastic I enjoyed putting every piece together and seeing it grow in to the finished product, it is a monster set. I definitely recommend this set as a perfect display set.

Looks good from a distance, but very poorly designed. None of the panels fit together particularly well, and it's extremely fragile.

Really fun to build hoping that lego are able to make another set as quality as this soon

I am ninth middle of building this and have run into two problems. First when I assembled landing gear (bag set 2), I was missing a piece which I contacted LEGO and they are sending it. The other issue is with same bag they didn’t give me enough of the same color of one feature on the 6 legs, so I have one leg that has one feature that is light gray while the others are dark gray. Upsetting on this as the price I paid for it but satisfied so far with the result coming along. Hope to finish it in a week with no more missing parts.

This is going to take awhile to build and just take your time and enjoy the experience. My son and I will remember this for years.

Truly a dissapointment at the end for a UCS model. I expected alot better construction. There is many weak fastening points on the model. You really have to be very very careful when moving it, even repositioning on a table. Parts will and do fall off every time. One more sad disapointment from the UCS line. I have 6 of Lego's UCS Models - The Falcon and The Destroyer are my least favorite. Just Saying. I do not imagine anchor points for assebleys shoudl be made with one pin. The one pin mounting for exterior modules of multiple elements really needs to be addressed.

This lego was my number one bucket list lego and I finally got it !! It’s a fun build and looks cool for about 30 seconds. It’s so flimsy and i swear if you breath on this set wrong it falls apart.. I wish it was designed better to where it didn’t CONSTANTLY come apart

Almost perfect. The set is absolutely beautiful and huge. Pictures do not do this set justice. Reason I say almost perfect is because out of the whole build I was missing only one piece which for a set that cost this much you’d hope it had everything. I checked all my bags and swept the room by eye and feel entirely to see if I misplaced it but sadly negative. Had to put a missing piece request. But overall a beautiful set.

My husband and I tag team building sets and we both agree that this one isn’t all that great. Don’t get me wrong, big Star Wars fans here and we were super stoked to start this, but here are our criticisms: 1. The book is ridiculous. After previously building Titanic (which has three separate books), this is one large spiral bound book. While we like the spiral feature, the book is super awkward and heavy. We have a special book holder just for our LEGO sets and it falls over because the book is so big. 2. Multiple bags of the same number. For example, bag 12 is actually 4 bags with two additional bags of smaller parts. It’s a lot of parts and a lot of searching. 3. The whole thing feels like it will fall apart. After recently building Titanic (an absolute tank) and Hogwarts Castle (solid), this set feels precarious and flimsy. Overall, pleased with the purchase and with the time spent building and yeah, would recommend to a fellow LEGO-er and Star Wars fan, but feel the engineers could have done a better job.

WOW!! Just wow this set is out of this galaxy. Such a challenging but super fun build. It’s one of the more expensive sets but you get what your paying for such a collectors item that you need in your collection. The presentation is high standards, the main box it’s beautiful really sells this piece. There is 4 inner boxes that are also amazing with a blue print of the set on them, The instructions manual is HUGE…. Get this set before it’s gone to a galaxy far away May the force be with you

The amount you have to turn it over and it's fragile is ridiculous.

Any fan of Lego Star Wars will enjoy this build. It has great and iconic places in the falcon for displaying minifigures and an excellent cockpit for 4 minifigures

Has some the best detail for the size and fun build for winter time in new york

I bought this set for my wife as a XMAS present and she started it in XMAS day. Wife there's a huge book showing all the steps the amount of missing pieces in each of the bags is shocking. My wife had to raid my Star Wars advent calendar to find the right pieces and she has to substitute colours and raid my spare pieces Now she is building the external panels and now it's looking awful as you can't hide the missing pieces now. Really regretting buying this and I am going to think twice about getting another big kit.

This set is clearly a ship from star wars and all the ships from star wars fly. I threw this set off my balcony thinking it would fly. This is some horrible design Lego. The aftermath is seen in the photo.

I was gifted this build for X mas a couple years ago and couldn't believe it. I had a blast building it over the span of about a month. The details are great and so are all the mini figs. The only negative I have is how fragile the build feels, I like how the panels come off to see inside the ship but it's fragility makes it very scary to move. On the up side we moved out of our house recently, and because it's so fragile I just went ahead and disassembled it completely. Now I have the rebuild to look forward to!

I love this set the only problem is the price. It’s way to expensive!!!
