A: Hey! This statement of "may ship in original packaging" is deceiving. As far as I know, that doesn't mean it comes in the bright green LEGO box, it comes in the cardboard box from the LEGO warehouse. I am a team member at target, and i've very recently bought this set. "Original packaging" means a cardboard box with the LEGO logo along the outside. The alternative would be a cardboard box that was packaged themselves. That would be the case if it came from a specific store and they grabbed it off the shelf, packaged it, and shipped it to you. But since this is an online only item in most cases, the target warehouse won't remove the set from the original LEGO labeled cardboard box. My set arrived in a blank cardboard box with the LEGO logo, which would be considered the "original packaging". Hope this helps someone!

This was a gift for my son, we started to build and realized 8 pieces are missing. We tried to request the 8 pieces, but I guess since it's 8 pieces, the request didn't go through. Also, the code for the pieces that's in the book, doesn't match what's online.

Loved this build, a little bit awkward at times though, with some steps possibly out of order making it a bit frustrating at times, but overall a good challenge. Only real gripe is the shades of green, not what is expected from top of the range model. It is annoying when friends point it out as it detracts from a very well designed replica.

1. Please indicate specific link/path to find "owner's only area". The general website does not help to reach this area. 2. We have a small green missing piece, code 6308234. It might be an oversight from package as a spare part is a very similar green piece. 3. The car has 3 gears. Could you please explain what are their differences and when you refer to 8 speeds in the description of the product. 4. Some complex building steps could be improved in the step by step guidance by inserting a side bigger view from another perspective. 5. Steering wheel likely too light for the weight of the turning mechanism Overall very nice piece of lego!

I love this technic set. Honestly pretty new to the lwgo technic sets The amount of detail they put into these is insane. Building a full working 8 speed gear box with working paddleshifters. It's pretty amazing. Don't let the price deter you. It is worth it everytime

Overall, this set looks *gorgeous* when built. And the box is a work of art! I've always been a Lamborghini fan, and when I saw this set come out I knew I had to have it! However... Similar to other reviewers, I'm really unimpressed by the different shades of green in the various pieces in the set. The build is massively frustrating in places. There are places where it's really obvious (too obvious, even?) how things go together, but two or three steps later you're basically left on your own to guess how an assembly attaches to the model. This is a big, heavy set but it feels really fragile at various points. You need to push quite hard to clip things into place, and while doing that there's nothing to push against. Multiple times I had to go back and rebuild sections that had fallen apart while attaching later assemblies. I very nearly abandoned this build, which for such an expensive set is an appalling place to be. Also like another reviewer, I've completed the build and found that the axles are locked against each other *somewhere*. I'm not about to disassemble the entire build now to try and fix this, I've had enough. I would definitely *not* recommend this set to a friend. In fact, based on my experience here I've been put off big/complex/expensive Technic sets altogether. :-(

Not a kit I would recommend for a first time builder, I assure you, you'll through this thing across the room. Once completed I felt happy to be done with this one. Fist kit I've ever had where parts didn't fit correctly almost like parts (small parts) were defective to the point I had to heat them to get them to fit Car ended up with 4 different colors of green which absolutely annoying (very noticeable on rear wing). Engine detail is nice and is easier to get to than previous kits. Overall I'm not impressed with color issues and needing tools (needlenose plyers and a heat gun).
