I've only tried these when I struggle to fall asleep and I'll usually take around 11. Every single time I take them I fall asleep around midnight and always without fail wake up again around 4 am and struggle to fall back asleep. So like yes I fall asleep but at what cost lol

Doesn’t work any better than my 5g melatonin BUT I do wake up feeling much more refreshed/awake - with the same amount of sleep (tracked with Oura. So, no I don’t believe they make me fall asleep any faster than regular melatonin, but I do think they make me feel better overall. I’d buy again!!

I was excited to try these after all the great reviews I heard. They taste good but these do not work at all. Never once did I feel tired or maintain a good sleep with these. I take normal melatonin tablets by water and they work so much better. $30 for a fullsize seems like a rip off.

Okay, so i have tried literally unisom, zzzquil, Tylenol pm, the goli sleep gummies, and i am constantly woken up. I had an upcoming trip in nyc and im already sensitive sleep wise. I need a sleep mask, the fan, usually one of the sleep aids mentioned above, and even then, i can be kept awake at night. I kept hearing about this brand and finally decided to try it (this is non incentivized and i bought them with my own $$), and i was SHOCKED. I didn’t need to take a prescription sleep aid i am prescribed for especially hard to fall asleep nights, just 2 of these gummies. I am floored. I don’t want to jinx myself, but i will continue to keep my prescription sleep aid, but the Lemme Sleep gummies are the only non prescription gummies that have helped me. Especially with the nyc sirens going all night etc. I love these.

I went by the reviews, and that was my first mistake. I intentionally bought the smaller size to test it out. I had one on Friday night, and I didn't sleep one minute. The product sped up my heartbeat. I felt like I had drank two energy drinks. I do not recommend this product.

they just gave me really bad cotton mouth (dry throat even after a bottle of water). This probably happens because of the melatonin or other ingredients affecting saliva production. I still struggled to fall asleep and didn’t feel any more rested. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re really looking for something to help with sleep! Going back to indica gummies

These gummies contain the kind of magnesium that energizes you, not the kind that relaxes you and gets you ready for bed. These gummies would have me waking up every evening at 2/3am with my heart racing and full of energy to start the day - and keep me up for hours. Don’t recommend, just buy regular melatonin.
