Half way through the bottle of cleaner the spray trigger just stopped working. After pressing the trigger it would just stick in place before dispensing any of the cleaner. Is it a purposeful design so that it can't be reused or refilled?

I usually use 409 to clean my stovetop, but decided to try this due to the price point. Big mistake! Leaves a cloudy film/residue on everything, even after cleaning multiple times. Returning and will spend a little extra on a better product.
