The picture quality is absolutely stunning, with vibrant colors and excellent contrast that make my favorite shows and movies come to life. The 4K resolution delivers incredible sharpness, enhancing the viewing experience. The Smart TV features are great, and I appreciate the user-friendly webOS platform for navigating through apps and streaming services. However, I did notice that the operating system and navigation can be a bit slow at times, which is why I'm giving it 4.5 stars instead of a full five. Despite this minor drawback, the integration with ThinQ AI is a wonderful feature, allowing for voice control and smart home management. In summary, this TV is an excellent choice for anyone looking to upgrade their home entertainment system. I highly recommend the LG NanoCell series for its impressive picture quality and smart features!

The unfortunate thing is that in less than a year my TV panel went out. Thus, the TV needed to be repaired. The warranty covered the cost of repairs and I am still waiting to receive my refurbished equipment. I assume the quality will be the same.

The absolutely worst TV I have ever had. The TV will randomly disconnect from the internet, is slow to respond to remote clicks, and many more problems that should not be the case.

I purchased this television last January. I love the picture and it's easy to operate most functions. However, i've had LG repair people here 4 times to repair it, which is why i haven't rated it 5 stars. Every piece on it has been replaced. LED screen, Main board, All wiring, and power supply.

The picture is ok but not as good as I expected. The sound is good. Do not know how the apps work as I don't use them,instead I use a Roku streaming.

Bought this TV in January, honesty the picture could be way better and also screen didn’t last eight months before going out and needing to be replaced. I can’t recommend this TV at all, and hope other LG TVs are better quality.

I purchased in January, have had problems with the WI-FI system dropping and then failing to recognize any network until you power completely off, removing power. Had warranty service performed and got it back a couple of weeks ago. Already experienced the same problem 4 times. It is not my network and this was confirmed because the technician was able to replicate. Payed too much to have a TV that you have to power Cycle during a movie
