Q: Can this be stacked in the middle of other medium playsets or does it have to be stacked at the top? I would like to stack in this order: diner (on bottom), doctors office, farmers market, safety department (on top). Will this configuration work?

My daughter (3.5) got this toy for Christmas and has loved it. However, she recently got one of the lettuce pieces lodged in her nose. Upon further investigation there are several items that would make it easy for this to happen again. Wouldn’t recommend for 3 year olds (as the product does) but for much much older children.
