Description
The Libman Tornado Mop is America's best selling twist mop according to IRI. It's great for tougher mopping jobs around the house. With a larger mop head covering 50% more surface area and containing 3 green bands to prevent tangling, it is easy to change out and is machine washable. The polyester blend yarn resists odor causing bacteria. The Libman Tornado Mop also features the grip 'n click ratchet that wrings out more water from the mop head and limits the amount of water it leaves on floors.

A: This mop wouldn't hurt LVP flooring, but its typically suggested by most LVP floor manufacturers to use a microfiber mop. Avoid cleaners that contain ammonia, mop-and-shine products that leave a film, liquid or paste wax, commercial floor cleaners that are not labeled as safe for LVP flooring, steel wool, and stiff-bristled brushes.

A: The handle has a lever that when pushed into the "unlocked position" allows the handle to telescope to varying sizes. Once you find the length that works for you, you would pull the lever into the locked position to start mopping your floors.

A: When you pull up and twist, the ratchet does most of the work, however, for those with arthritis, strength issues, etc. we recommend our wonder mop as it is lighter in weight than the tornado mop.

I bought this because it was cheap and since I only really needed to use it a few times as I dont typically use regular mops. It broke after my third use, which is fine because I won't need it again. If you are more gentle with it than I was it will probably last longer. It's a bit hard to twist but you get what you pay for.

I have used the same mop for over a year now. I’m a house cleaner and use this at least 2-3 times a week. It will rust but you should not leave the mop head on it in between uses. Never had an issue. I cycle between 4 mop heads and clean between uses. For the price, this mop gets the job done

The good thing about this mop is that it is compact and good for homes with limited storage (no bucket). However, the mop is very difficult to wring out and does not remove enough water which leaves the mop soaking wet.

I’ve had this mop for a year & use it weekly. It’s a good quality mop that keeps my floors clean with ease. I rinse it well and soak in odoban and rinse again after use. It keeps it fresh and longer lasting but once the fibers wear down I Will be replacing with the same product. It wrings well, mop threads don’t tangle, has a nice long handle.
