I have found that Swanson's 5-Loxin works better than the Apresflex mg/mg. I wish that Life Extension still put up the 5-Loxin capsules. So save your money get Swanson's 5Loxin instead

I use this to help with joint health. It seems to help me stay active. Great value for the ingredients in product.
