Light Up Jump Rope Yellow/Blue - Sun Squad™

I literally just bought it today and not even 30 mins of use, and it broke. Very disappointing and the saddest part my daughter still wants to buy another one.

Won't uncoil, difficult to use

Good price. But didn’t relax enough to jump with. It kind of stayed all bunched up.

It’s cute but handle popped off after one day. Also the handles don’t allow the rope to fully rotate as you jump, so it coils and makes it difficult to jump.

This is a cute jump rope and seems to work ok for the basics. The batteries are not replaceable and it doesn't have a switch, so it may not stay light up for long :) The basic non lit color is bright and attractive!

The handle came off of the rope within the first few seconds of my daughter using it.

I haven’t opened it yet because it hasn’t been super nice out but my kids got so excited to see it so they can play with it outside. It looks to be durable and long enough for them to use. I haven’t tried it at night so I hope it turns out good for them.

I wanted to take my time to truly test this product, as I wanted to rate it higher, but had concerns with how the product was coiled, and it keeping that coiledness even after straightening each time, and using for a little while. The tubing is hollow, which does make the product light and makes the lights inside glow better, BUT the way the product is coiled makes it harder to use as a jump roap and created a minor tripping hazard, as the "rope" isnt in the typical u shape, but a partially coiled/twisted shape. This is present even when holding up.and down and doing your best to uncoil it. I had it "lay" straight for a few days hoping to unkink that coil, but when my child went to use it again, the same problem was there, and they kept getting frustrated by it. I will however say the light up feature performs VERY well, and is very fun, especially as the night wears on. My child really loved this feature, and is why I am rating it higher, based on the initial WOW factor with that. I think of this product was shipped/packaged differently, it would perform better as intended.

This is such a fun way for my seven year old to get some exercise! I love that it lights up and it gives me son that little extra incentive to keep jumping and keep the lights going! My only complaint is that the “rope” is a little lightweight so it feels a little harder to get a good jump in. Just a tiny bit more weight in the rope would have probably made swinging it around a smidge easier.

As an adult I even like this jump rope from Sun Squad. It lights up very well and in the evening you can see it of course much better. it also change colours that makes it even more fun. If like it can you imagine how much kids would like it. The negative thing is that it doesn't have an ON/OFF Button. So when I store it away, the light keeps turning on. Unfortunately it keeps coiled up. even when I use it for a few days in a row.

Fun light-up jumprope by Sun Squad. This is a cute jump rope, it lights up when moved and automatically turns off quickly after inactivity. The kids enjoy using it. It did take a day or two to straighten out from the packaging.

This jump rope is alot of fun! My kids love that it lights up and the plastic rope turns easily on the handles. It lights up very easily and the lights are very bright and vibrant. So far it's been pretty sturdy and seems quite durable. My kids have been using it for days and it's still going strong. They have a great time with it and it's good exercise for them.

This is a cute and fun jump rope. I like the lights and so do my kids. Our biggest issue is that the material of the rope is stiff and retained the shape it had when it was tied up in the packaging well after we opened it and used it, so it was hard to jump rope with because it was crooked and bent.

My kids love using this jump rope because it has a really neat light up feature. The lights oscillate between colors and provides a fun glow even in the daytime. It is the perfect length for my 8 and 11 year old, and my wife has even used it to jump as well. It's a little coiled up when you first unpack it from how it was stored, but after a few days it wasn't coiled anymore. My kids even like to jump with this in the evening to watch it glow at night. The handles are nice and thick for little hands to grasp and the rope is a stretchy and soft plastic.

The jump rope itself is fine I guess, but the inner strand of lights is not flexible enough. Less than ten minutes out of the package and the lights snapped right in the middle

Won’t uncoil and not actually usable as a jump rope

Within 5 minutes of playing with this jump rope, the plastic cracked exposing the wiring for the lights. My 4 year old simply stepped on a bent segment and the plastic tore open. It’s also difficult to activate and deactivate the lights. Absolute waste of money! I’d give it zero stars if I could.
