    I ordered a queen soft down last year and liked it very much. I got my wife to order a standard soft but after sleeping on it, on and off, for some weeks it did not scrunch much and felt as if it might be a medium or hard. I contacted Sarah at customer care and she got right on it. We tried to determine if the soft was not sent but it was unclear. She took care of the issue and sent another out quickly. I am waiting for delivery but in any case am impressed with Sarah and the company. They aim to satisfy for a long term relationship and that is for me. I highly recommend.

    I ordered a soft pillow and I got the medium. I returned it and they sent another. The pillow is extremely nice and well made BUT, I consider this pillow medium firm, it's definitely not as soft as my other down pillow. I have a bad neck so I like to shape it under my neck, can't do that with this one. Again, it's a great, we'll made pillow, just not as soft as I would like it. I would still recommend this pillow.

    This is a top quality pillow with real down filling in it. Its very comfortable and supports my head and neck perfectly. Both my wife and I ordered a king in the full fill variety. My wife said she needs less fill so I called the customer service number and after speaking to Sarah they sent her a new pillow at no charge! Great customer service is hard to find...but you will get it here. I am a side sleeper so the full fill seems right for me but time will tell...if your a back or stomach sleeper you might want to try the medium fill.

    I received my third Lincove down pillow last night after deciding to order an adjustable king bed with massage. I had a "king twin" - or vice versa, whatever it is when you waste a fortune on two horrible EL twins (not purchased from Lincove and the very last time I made that egregious decision) - and wanted a matching pillow to replace the one my son "inadvertently borrowed" the last time he visited. (He wasn't quite thrilled with the "My Pillow" set I sent him the year before, lol, and probably thought that I "owed" it to him for spoiling him with his own down pillow as a boy.) His neck and mine are quite long (as necks go), and only pure down provides a good night's sleep in such cases. I chose the Lincove King to be the best available - after reading every review available - and I have never had any reason to think otherwise. Hence, yesterday's order of the exact same pillow. No doubt my son feels the same. He hasn't complained once about not sleeping or having neck pain since he began using the Lincove king pillow, which he was given as a "birthday surprise" a month after absconding with mine.

    I sleep on my side, have a lot of neck issues, and have difficulty finding comfortable pillows. I ordered the medium pillow, but found that it was not comfortable for me. I contacted Lincove. Sara of Customer Relations was very helpful and solved my issue. She sent me a firm pillow. I have slept on the firm pillow several nights now, and find that it is very comfortable. Yay!

    I ordered 2 Medium Fill King-Size pillows and my sleep has drastically improved. There was so small leakage of down feathers in one of them and I spoke with Customer Relations Manageer, Sarah, and I asked if I could get one them replaced. I was aware that I might be without one of them for a while, but to my surprise, Sarah just sent a replacement pillow to me. I wasn't expecting such a great service, but because of her good gesture, I also purchased the pillow protectors for each of them from Lincove. These medium fill pillows are perfect if you sleep on your side or back. And the King Size pillows feels like a giant cloud hugging you as they conform to your resting posture. Will definitely be buying more to replace the rest of my pillows but also my duvet from Lincove
