Very good. I love the pillow

First time buying a Lincove and I opted for the free shipping. I was kept informed as to the status and it was delivered within 5 days within the time frame stated. It appears to be a little better than advertised. I followed the directions for first time use and tested it out. Wow! Looking forward to sleeping on it through the night and I expect I will be a well rested happy customer. I did opt for the soft as this is what I have always used. This is replacing my 20 year down pillow. I would recommend buying a Lincove pillow.

I Purchased 2 Signature Canadian Hutterite 800 Fill Power King Firm Pillows. They are worth every penny! Firm yet soft to the touch, cool and quiet during sleep, they are a wonderful addition to my master bedroom suite. They were shipped quickly in a secure box enclosed in 2 separate, sturdy, and reusable pillow storage / carrying cases. Everything about this purchase from the initial order, exceptional customer service with Mia, to the quality of the pillows was Top Drawer!

I normally wake up with a stiff neck and headache, I toss and turn all night long trying to get comfortable. I have slept on my new cloud medium pillows for three nights and I have to say it's wonderful. I have slept through the night and wake up felling great, no pain and no headache. Thank you

I've spent thousands of dollars over the years trying to find the perfect pillow for my needs. I won't go into the specific brands, but I've experimented with every combination of all Hungarian white goose down and/or feather combinations to find the perfect balance of support and sink. I never really liked the density or feel of the feather combos and the all-down pillows never seemed to either provide the neck support from the outset or for very long. That said, I'm only a few weeks into owning the Signature Series queen 800-fill pillows, but I'm very happy with both the feel and retention of the pillows so far. It should also be noted that their care and maintenance is reasonable (and I highly recommend the pillow protectors as well). Admittedly, these are not inexpensive, but if you have the means...these pillows are absolutely worth trying out.

I am thrilled with my new pillows. I am also thrilled with Jane as she did a wonderful job helping me choose the right pillows. The pillows arrived in a very sturdy box and each pillow is individually wrapped in a nice fabric tote. I will buy all my future pillows from Lincove as I have never slept better. I ultimately selected the firm as I am a side sleeper. The pillow you choose really does make a difference as I'm sleeping much better since getting these pillows. It never even crossed my mind a pillow would make a difference in my sleep. Usually it takes maybe 35-40 minutes to adjust to that perfect spot....even tho I own a tempurpedic top of the line mattress. The pillow 800 fill has made the dream complete. The first night I fell asleep the same way I laid down...book in hand..........Love. I do hope it keeps its shape.

I wasn't sure I would like the firm pillow after trying the medium but ended up keeping both! I had a wonderful experience with their customer care team.

Purchased the set of firm Queen size . I could not be happier with them . In fact , I'm going to buy another set in medium just for the variety .

Lincove customer service is 5 star. Our pillows are also 5 star. Finally I am getting the best nights sleep I have had in years. I experience neck pain and these pillows provide the perfect amount of support and comfort. The pillow protectors are a must and beautifully made. I purchased the Signature series and these pillows are amazing, I tried the firm ones first and I was kinda loving them but I felt like I needed something a tad bit less firm, so when I got in contact with customer service who are great by the way, they helped me get these exchanged for a medium, no hard time and I was hooked. They arrived quick, beautifully packaged, and with a nice little surprise inside. I give it a 5-star for customer service and a 5-star for product quality and comfort. These pillows are bad to the bone. I'll definitely be shopping Lincove again.

If you want the perfect pillow look no further. I ordered the Signature Hutterite Canadian Down Queen Firm Set with pillow cases. The pillows arrived, packaged to perfection. Frankly I've never seen such beautiful presentation for pillows. The real test would be do the pillows live up to my expectations of a perfect nights sleep and the answer is yes. I've owned other down/feather pillows and none came close to Lincove for comfort and quality. The best investment you can make for a great night's sleep. Thank you Lincove.

First I'll make a comment on the pillows. I changed my 650 fill to 800 Fill pillows and I have to say that they are the most comfortable pillows that I have ever had, it's taken a little bit of getting used to because I've never had a down pillow, or at least not in decades, but oh my goodness I wake up with no neck aches no headaches they are just so so so comfortable. By the look and feel of them I think these are probably going to last me for decades to come, I couldn't be happier Second, let me comment on the company itself and their policies. They could not be any better, I had the first pillows, I don't know maybe a couple weeks, and I just wasn't happy with them so they let me upgrade them and I was absolutely shocked that they would do that and all I had to pay for was just a cost between the first and the second pillows. What company does that anymore, no one!!! What an absolutely fabulous company. Third, let me tell you about their customer service rep that I have been dealing with, her name is Jane and boy she is sure a gem and she's an asset to the company Lincove and would actually be an asset to any company. I have been in customer service for decades & it takes a special person to be really good at their job and Jane is definitely that person. She goes above and beyond what any rep that I have ever dealt with at any company does. She is kind, patient, informative and very very very knowledgeable about the product. When she said she's going to do something, she does it and she leaves the lines of communication open which is just unheard of these days. If any companies out there want to know what truly great customer service is they should go to Lincove and they should deal with Jane. Although Jane is the only one that I have really dealt with, I'm sure that a company like Lincove only has the best Thank you Lincove for being number one in my book!!!

She not only is kind and patient but she is very knowledgeable about your product. She went above & beyond and made me a very very happy customer. Second, I have never had the pleasure of working with a company like Lincove, Not only is their product phenomenal but if you are not completely satisfied they go above& beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I have worked with many many many online companies in this is the first one that has ever let me upgrade to a better pillow just by paying the difference. Now for the product, I haven't gotten the comforter yet although I'm thinking about getting it but I have gotten the pillows and they are the most wonderful pillows I have ever slept with, I upgraded to the 800 fill but the 600 fill was better than any pillow I've ever had so I can't wait to get the 800. I just cannot say enough good things about this company and believe me when I tell you I deal with online companies all the time and I've never come across one like Lincove so keep up the good work. I ordered last minute 2 travel pillows and 2 pillow cases . We received the order in no time, unfortunately the pillow cases were the wrong size. Stephanie from customer service was very helpful and quick to solve the issue. As we left on our travel, she mailed the pillow cases to our 1st destination and we received them before our 1st night sleep. The pillows & cases are of excellent quality. We love them.
