The product arrived safely packaged and with a clearly written expiration date. Each bottle contains 40 caplets. I take 1 caplet daily in the morning after breakfast, and my sense of balance has improved since I started taking these caplets. It also helps with vertigo-like symptoms. Reduces my motion sickness while traveling by vehicle or airline. The caplets are small and easy to take. There is no flavor, only the earthy fragrance of vitamins. I would get lots of dizziness for no apparent reason and my doctor told me it was normal and should clear up within a few weeks.
