It’s so sweet and the sugar didn’t dissolve all the way so if you’re drinking with a straw it’s a burst of sugar to shock you. I ended up splitting a pack in half between 2 days to balance out the sweetness.

This is my favorite flavor. I’m shocked to see reviews saying it tastes like vinegar! I can’t stand the smell, let alone taste, of vinegar and I don’t taste it at all!! I love tart/sour stuff and this flavor is absolutely a 10/10 for me.

It really does taste like vinegar to me. That’s not to say it will taste like that for everyone. I love LIV and I regularly buy these products. I have dysautonomia so I have to stay hydrated constantly. The best flavors I’ve had are watermelon, strawberry, lemon lime, and passion fruit! If you like vinegar like taste, you may like this! I wouldn’t buy this flavor again, but LIV is a great rehydration product!
