My kids love cotton candy flavor anything but the salt in liquid IV is so overwhelming it makes them gag. I thought with sports and warm weather approaching it may be good to keep this on hand. I can’t keep it down either. It’s like drinking slightly flavored salt water. I’ll stick to other hydrating drinks. I give it 3 stars only because I’m sure it works so good if you can get passed the taste.

It arrived at the perfect time, too, since I was feeling under the weather and needed to rehydrate fast. I felt so much better after getting some electrolytes in me. The flavor was a pleasant surprise: it really tastes like cotton candy, but isn’t overly sweet. You can also easily adjust the intensity by adding more or less water to suit your taste. This one’s definitely earned a spot on my list of favorite Liquid I.V. flavors. I also love that there are no artificial dyes. The individual packets are super convenient for travel—I always make sure to pack a few wherever I go. Highly recommend!

It was very true cotton candy flavor and that was just a little too sweet for me. I love all the nutritional values of the liquid IV and I love that it's great for people who are dairy-free, soy free and vegan and gluten-free. I will continue to buy other flavors of this brand, but I do recommend this flavor for someone with more of a sweet tooth

I like it but the taste is very very light, you can just barely taste the cotton candy. It’s a good thing if you don’t want anything too sweet or in your face but I was expecting a little more tbh

The pack is enough for one 16oz water bottle but I prefer it with at least 20 it makes it better in my experience. The cost is fair and it helps a lot when I work out or work outside and I sweat, I feel the difference when I run out.
