The individual packets are so convenient. I stick them in my bag to use on the go. I have low blood pressure, and the sodium allows me to keep my BP where I need it to be. The B vitamins give me a boost of energy. I was looking forward to the raspberry lemonade flavor, but unfortunately, it didn't take much like raspberry. Instead, the flavor is more salt and lemon. Which is fine, but I'd like a little more raspberry flavor!

This is a great alternative to super sugary sports drinks, helping with inebriation, if one had a little too much fun at a party or a girls night out. The pack of 10 is extremely generous, and the packaging is very convenient to keep in a purse or a suitcase, if one is traveling. I just came home from a work trip and was feeling really dehydrated after the plane ride, so I opted to fill a 20 oz glass mug with water and add this hydration multiplier, and it definitely did the trick. I feel better within 15 minutes. The powder texture is gritty, and I don’t know if I stirred it well enough, but I think if I had, it wouldn’t have settled at the bottom of the glass. Though there is no sugar in it, it is sweet and fizzy tasting. It reminds me of candy. I do enjoy the raspberry lemonade flavor, I don’t feel the need to eat dessert or anything after this.

It has a lot of added vitamins and minerals. In comparison to others like it, it doesn’t have any artificial colors or sugars. It does unfortunately have stevia and artificial flavoring but it’s pretty normal for a product if this kind. Overall, I really enjoyed this and I would even purchase with my own money.
