I received this product for free from Influenster and Listerine in exchange for my honest review. Honestly, I haven’t been using it as often as it’s recommended, but I’ve still noticed less tooth sensitivity. The directions are to use twice daily, after brushing your teeth. I usually only use it once daily. The directions also say to rinse for 60 seconds, but I can only ever last about half that long (with any mouthwash). Still, I’ve noticed positive results. The fresh mint flavor tastes fine. It’s not too strong, nor does it give my mouth the burning sensation. My mouth tastes better, for longer, compared to brushing alone. I cannot speak as to whether or not it has reversed my tooth sensitivity, as the bottle claims that this mouthwash is clinically proven to do. But I can say that since I started using this product I’ve been eating ice cream without discomfort. I definitely recommend to anyone suffering from tooth sensitivity to give Listerine Clinical Solutions Sensitive Teeth (fresh mint flavor) a shot.
