Directions Adults and children 6 years of age and older: Use twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Vigorously swish 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. I love using listerine. The packaging you can easily see. This comes in a bunch of flavors. The ingredients are meant for swishing in the mouth, but NOT swallowed. This is super affordable.

Great product! Adds a bit of bubbly fun to your morning routine and encourages my daughter with oral hygiene. The flavour isn’t so strong that it burns your mouth and the bubbles help to give that extra fresh and clean feeling. I bought this product on a supermarket offer also making it great value for money.

This is deceptive because it’s blue like the original mouth wash but is bubblegum flavored. It was a definite shock when I used it the first time.

At first my son didn't like the taste after switching from the other kid directed fluoride wash. He got used to it. We stayed with this brand because it made his breath smell fresh and that's what he wanted. There is no squeeze top to this making a lot of waste when my son pours it. The price is also a little too high in my opinion.

Not a bad mouthwash by any means, but it is a little different, with the bubblegum flavor. I know there have been a lot of brands with flavors other than different mints, but for some reason it feels like you teeth aren’t as clean when you don’t use the mint ones, or I might just be crazy… I wouldn’t doubt that.
