They laughed so hard watching it walk around the house, making its cute little noises. The battery life is awesome, we all hate buying a toy that doesn’t work within a couple days because the batteries have died! This was given to my daughter for her 5th bday and she thought it was so cute! It doesn’t drive me nuts as toys with sound don’t bother me. I think the noises it makes are cute and funny. I LOVE that the noise level on this is appropriate and not blaring loud. I also have a 2yo that steals this from her big sis many times. My 2yo is scared of it when it walks around so we turn it off for her and she carries it around giving it smooches and hugs. It’s not my 5yo fav toy but it’s a nice addition especially since both the kids can play with it in different ways and even together. Fur is soft. This is a high quality toy. It even walked off my high top table and survived! It’s been 2 months and batteries seem fine still, should be awhile before I have to change it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has got to be the cutest Little live pet ever. It walks, “eats” and makes 25 sounds. And in my opinion they are not annoying sounds. The feet are like those Easter walking chicks so I don’t know how durable it is and also the leash is a ribbon attached to a harness. The harness itself is rubber and nice though. The fur is very soft but the mechanisms inside make it hard. This is perfect for kids with a great imagination and who love penguins!
