Q: I'm reading reviews and several people say this easily tips over when a child is climbing in. Has this issue been addressed in the latest version being manufactured?

A: Typically what we have found is that if the child is not age appropriate for the car, the child may have more trouble entering and exiting the car.

My son never hurt himself, really, and learned to balance better but also, by that time, got too tall to fit and be able to move his legs in it... I think the bottom is a little too tall and having to hold on to it so they can put their legs in is hard for toddlers to do...

A: No I don’t think so . It has a floor board so the child can sit in and be pushed OR you can take the floorboard out so the child can move the car with their feet like the flinstones haha

Don’t waste your money. Per instructions it seems that it will be easy to assemble but it’s not. I ordered one had to return it because the front won’t sit right. Had a same problem with the replacement I got.

My MIL bought this for my 2YO for Christmas. I have to work Christmas Day so I thought it’d take me an hour to put together after I put toddler to bed. I got to step 3, attaching the eye base and the predrilled holes are not big enough for the bottom set of screws so I had to skip out on screwing in that part of the base. I eventually pull up the youtube video provided and when I get to the latch assembly on the door, there is no predrilled hole for me to screw in the screw!

Sorry for the confusion, there is an indent for the placement of the screws, but there are not predrilled holes. The screws are self tapping screws and they need to "bite" into the plastic so they will not come loose.

We received one of these cozy coups for our early Christmas for our little one (2 year old). We got the purple Princess version and it was missing a hub cap! The step following the installation is permanent (using a hammer!). This unit is completely inoperable and I'm doubtful the company will send us a replacement wheel hub.

Man the assembly is not hard except for the defective rear pillars. I am an engineer and see significant structural issues with the rear pillars. The latch system cannot hold its shape with the required load to snap them into place with the roof. This product is worthless if I can’t assemble it. Glad I’m not waiting until Christmas Eve to assemble it.

Love this for nostalgic purposes but it’s 2024 and the stickers peel off so quickly! If you can find one for sale that’s an original without the stickers buy it used. Not worth paying full price when the stickers come off after few uses.

It comes in so many little pieces and takes a while to build. You’ll need a hammer and a screwdriver. I really hated that you have to build the wheels and that they were not pre-assembled. Had I known what a pain this was going to be, I would not have purchased it.

My grandson has the cozy couple and he fell out onto the sidewalk and was pretty messed up. I would really like the cozy couple to have a safety lock on the door, to save another child from falling out.
