Q: Is the whole thing stable enough for a toddler to hang from the bar without the base flipping up? Not talking gymnastic flips, but a little hanging, more than just holding while jumping.

A: The 3' trampoline is not intended to have a child hang from the bar, it should be used just for jumping and using the handle for stabilization while jumping.

I bought this trampoline this January for my kids birthday because she likes to jump and dance and it’s a great energy burner for her. I never really leave reviews however this trampoline changed that. It took me more than thirty minutes to put together. The trampoline didn’t come with the color coordination on the safety handle bars as shown in the instructional video. The only thing that had color was which little peg they were supposed to go on. It was pretty difficult to put those handles on without the color coordination and I’m pretty sure I put them on wrong after guessing which way they go the first time. One of them didn’t want to screw in. When I finally got it trying to get it off when I thought I messed up was a nightmare because the paint was being stripped off it and wasn’t even coming out like it was stuck. I followed the video exactly and gave up trying to undo the handle bars and just tightened everything so it’s sturdy and safe for my kid to use. I did have problems getting the screws into the handle bars but eventually got that as well. Personally it was a little too much work to put together because of all the problems I had. Other than that it’s fine because she loves it and it does what it needs to do.

My 2 and 5 year old both love this trampoline. It’s great for getting energy out on rainy days. The only thing I will note is that if your child swings on the bar (like mine does) it can tip over…..but use it like it’s intended and it’s not an issue.

I like this because of the bar that helps with initially learning to jump. Downfalls for me is my son loves to bite everything so I wish the handle bar cover was a bit more sturdy material. I wish the bar was easy to remove once now longer needed without there being metal rods that would be in the way. And I also wish the weight limit was a little bit higher. Overall sturdy and good for young children.

Returned this as I feared for my toddler’s safety. My son loves to jump so I thought this would be the perfect gift. The trampoline doesn’t have much give— it’s pretty stiff. One day my son jumped and he may not have bended his knee all the way. He briefly cried and couldn’t put weight on it. Next day he was fine and he got checked out. Nothing wrong but I just took that as a sign to take it back

Instruction manual in French ONLY- no English instructions. Little Tykes YouTube videos appear to be out of date. 1. Threaded legs for handlebar. Videos show color coding for right left: that appears to be obsolete. Ensure the nuts are facing the REAR of the unit. 2. Handlebar. Videos show there’s a BEND that should be facing AWAY from the user. Again, this appears to be obsolete- this one has a STRAIGHT bar (no bend). 3. Folding handlebar. Ensure you loosen the plastic caps so the bars can fold.

We were so disappointed, we got this for my son's birthday and when we were trying to assemble it there was missing pieces, tye screws to secure the trampoline and the red leg stops. Now I have to go to the store and exchange it

The directions were good and it only took like 5 to 10 min to put together. It also came with the tools to put it together, including a little screw driver. I watched my sil and bil do it with help from the kids. My neice loved it and my nephew was bummed because he weighed 65 lbs and the weight limit was 55. Ha. Anyway, my niece couldn't wait to jump on it and had a blast. Big smiles! Would definitely recommend.

Buy this trampoline if you would like to break your kid’s heart. After waiting for a very long time after ordering online, our trampoline finally arrived! In two boxes. Already a bad start. My kid was super excited and it was the perfect day for him to start using the trampoline. He was waiting patiently and kept up his grades just to use this trampoline. We unboxed it, everything seemed normal, besides how it came in two boxes… My husband and I put the trampoline together, while our kid watched patiently. We were finally done and let him on the trampoline. His first bounce, it broke in half. My kid started crying hysterically. Order this trampoline if you want to let your kid down.
