A: Despite manufacturers instructions, I purchased this for outdoor use. However, I placed it on a my backyard patio on top of a thick rubber mat and thick carpeting, in an open area where there was nothing for my grandsons to get hurt on if they fell, or if the pit happened to roll over for any reason at all. I weighed it down with sugar-fine sand. We've had it a full year and it's still intact. Be aware that you cannot place it on grass, concrete or any other surface that will be abrasive or have the potential for puncture by small rocks, sticks or any other debris from your lawn or outdoor area. Beware that if you choose to place outdoors, any manufacturers warranty will likely be voided.

My solution was this: I filled the pit as full of air as I could reasonably get it and ensured that the air valve was closed correctly and tightly, and then I placed a piece of clear packing tape over the valve, to help hold it in place. I then took a foam pool noodle and cut a length that measured from the top of the goal down far enough to keep the goal from flopping over. I then taped it in place with clear packing tape. It held in place well and was soft enough to not injure my grandsons when they played. Note: my daughter bought the same pit for her home, inflated it and did not have this issue, suggesting that you and I may just have a slight defect in the manufacture of the ones we purchased, causing them to sag? You could always try to ''exchange yours for a new one and see if it works for you. 🤷🏼♀️

I got this ballpit for my 3 year old who has so much energy. It is amazing! It was so easy to set up and seems very durable. It has stayed inflated for more than 2 weeks now. My son absolutely loves this and it keeps him busy and helps him burn off energy. I highly recommend this ballpit, you won’t be disappointed.

This 3 in 1 ball pit was a hit at my party this weekend. I had a few friends over with toddlers so I pulled this out to keep them busy and they loved it. It was really easy and quick to set up plus we knew they were safe because the balls weren’t very hard. They had a ball!

The Little Tikes Slam Dunk Big Ball Pit is hours and hours of fun for your little one. It is super easy and fast to blow up the inflatible and add balls. The kids play and laugh for the longest time. Its made very well and is easy to clean if you use outside. Its perfect for 3-5 years old. So much fun!

Not a bad product, especially for the price, but you need to understand what you are getting. The box promises it is supposed to perform 3 things: Basketball, Bouncer, and Ball Pit. These 3 counts are where this product under-delivered. Basketball: The ball itself was quite tiny and inflatable. Good for small hands I suppose, but it was poorly executed, and popped very quickly because of how it was made. (They do include a couple of patches for fixing pops, so that's nice) The hoop honestly made me laugh. It would have been fine if they had left it a ring, but they added a vinyl "net" which would not lay straight, and the ball repeatedly got stuck. Bouncer: If your child is tiny, I suppose they could kind of bounce, but my average sized 5 year old was almost too big for the weight limit and we were concerned it might pop. It is not bouncy in a trampoline-y sense, but in that it is inflated. The recommended age range and weight limit is quite narrow for this product, so keep that in mind. Ball Pit: as with many "ball pits" on the market, this only came with 20 small balls. The amount does not come close to making a pit, haha! Overall, my kiddos had a fun time with this product. It was not a bad product, but it was not what it advertised itself to be.

This is just what my daughter needed… she is very active but sometimes when the weather is bad outside she gets bored. She loves this little ball put and it lets her bounce around and get some of her energy out. It was fairly simple to assemble but it did take a bit to fill up everything with air. It seems to be very sturdy so far. I wish it had a few more balls but overall it is very nice. The only complaint it that the ‘hoop’ doesn’t stand up well no matter how much air we put in it. It doesn’t affect the function of the product though.

This slam dunk ball pit is so fun and perfect for toddlers! My five year old son is starting to get a little big for it, but he still has the best time playing in it. Even his older sisters (8 and 10) were enjoying it. It comes with balls and a mini inflatable basketball. You’ll definitely need an air pump to fill it, and luckily we had one on hand. The ball pit also comes with a couple patches in care of a tear. I would definitely recommend this toy!

3 in 1 Slam Dunk Big Ball Pit for the win! Who doesn't love a way for your kiddos to have fun and get all there energy out at the same time. This pit offers a vibrant engaging play experience, with a fun basketball hoop. The ball bit blows up easily, but at times, the balls need to be inflated often.

While it has some minimum cons, the pros of the slam dunk ball pit overcomes it. Let me list what went right. Assembly is easy as long you have the tools and space. Feels durable, my kids jumps, plays and even lays there to watch tv and not a single issue so far with resistance. It is colorful and it included all the things described. Very well made and it is big (just not as big as you think) I had three issues. First, assembly do require an electric air pump or a good manual air pump otherwise your air wont be suffice, it requires space to add water inside and it doesn't specify how much water to pour, so just fill it till the sides fill. The basketball hoop came defective, doesn't stay still as if a division came wrong stitched and the little basketball wont even fit in (But don't worry the small ball pit balls do fit) I'M NOT RATING IT 4/5 because even with the issues my kid enjoyed and played (still plays) a lot, so would be unfair to rate it anything below 5/5 but be aware of that.
