Q: When does the countdown start? How many stickers do you place per day?

A: Hi Danyelle, There is a 25 day countdown that would begin on the 1st of December. I think you can decorate the board (minus the 25 day stickers) prior to beginning the countdown and then each day you would place one sticker on the corresponding day.
