1) In a large pot, bring 4 quarts (16 cups) of water to a rapid boil. Add 1 tsp. salt to water if desired. 2) Add pasta and cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 10 to 15 minutes or until pasta is tender but firm. 3) Remove from heat. Drain and serve as desired. Do not rinse.

It’s quick to cook and doesn’t have that gritty texture you often find with gluten-free pasta. The taste is fantastic, and it’s perfect for my family’s dietary needs. It’s definitely become a staple in our meals. No mushiness, and it absorbs flavors well. It’s a perfect choice for a healthier pasta alternative. I also love that it’s allergen-free and perfect for those who have texture issues with regular pasta.

Great texture and taste! I can't really taste the difference between this and regular wheat pasta. It also seems very easy to digest. This has become my favorite gluten free pasta and is now a staple in our house. Highly recommend!

The texture and flavor were slightly different than a traditional pasta but I kind of expected that. I made this into Mac and cheese and my kids loved it and didn’t notice I swapped their usual pasta.

The only thing I have to say is it cooked way faster than the box time - was done in about 6.5/7 min. Thankfully I checked it and so it didn’t get mushy or anything but other than that it was perfect! Will def buy in the future.

We used this pasta for our Thanksgiving macaroni casserole and it wasabsolutely delicious. My neice with an egg allergy was able to enjoy it while my gluten free sister was also able to have it! My daughter also has iron deficiency anemia so we were thrilled that this has higher iron than your average pasta. We can't get her to eat quinoa, but she loved it in macaroni form and we will definitely be sticking up again soon!

A healthy lifestyle is important to me! I've never tried quinoa macaroni before, but it is delicious! I don't know if I would even be able to tell the difference between regular macaroni!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally I go for the protein pastas, but they traumatized me as they would just have such a bite-back-at-you-texture that I didn't think any other grain pastas would suffice. But this Quinoa Macaroni pasta was an exception! I was experimenting and I was craving a gochujang mac and cheese, and was worried that these would not swell up enough to fix into my baking dish. Boy was I wrong! And they did not have that gritty, fall apart texture even if you were to cook them to al dente. It was perfect! Now I'll get this pasta for when I make baked pastas for my aunt who has Celiac because these happen to be gluten free as well! 10/10 would recommend!

This pasta is made without the 8 major common allergens, making it a great option for individuals with allergies or dietary restrictions. In my experience, this pasta has been a hit with my family, especially my twins and my middle child who has texture issues. They really enjoyed the Pasta/Chicken, I made with the pasta. It is always a big relief when you come across an healthy option that the kids love. We will definitely be a regular customer.
