This is a great idea. Healthy grains, etc., quick-cooking. Consistency is better than groc-store precooked grains. It is indeed moist after 90 seconds. Too bad it's not palatable. Too much onion, garlic and salt. Really gross. You can do better. Yuck

Not as convenient as other brands that are pre-rinsed. This one must be rinsed thoroughly as it contains saponins as evidenced by all the soapy foam when rinsing.
