My bottle came without a lid which makes me think it may have been previously used. Do yourself a favor and purchase this in store. Don't order it for shipping or pickup.

The product itself works wonders, but I’ve bought two cans, the first stopped spraying brand new, I exchanged it for a new one, and now that one won’t spray!! Pretty annoyed, I’ll have to exchange it again or maybe just get my money back.

Defective - didn’t spray

I love this product - it's a great dry shampoo. The nozzles, however, are defective. I've had at least 3 bottles that haven't worked and that I've had to return because no product will come out.

I was excited to try this “advanced clean” dry shampoo bc I loved the regular version by Living Proof! I didn’t feel this one worked as well, however, and the nozzle broke after using it just a few times. It’s not just clogged, but broken, so I have 3/4 of a bottle of product I can’t use. Definitely will go back to the regular version!

This dry shampoo is great, but the last 2 times I’ve ordered it the nozzle gets clogged after about a week of use. Once inoperative, there’s no way for it to spray and goes it the garbage. For high-end product, if it doesn’t dispense, it’s a complete waste.

Bottle is almost full yet the nozzle isn't working. Had to use our cheap 5 dollar one who's nozzle still works perfectly. Kind of ridiculous

Had to exchange the first one for a faulty spray and now this one.. one spray and it won’t work. $33 bucks the container should at least work

I love this product, it smells good & works great, but this is the 2nd can I’ve purchased that has had a faulty spray top and nothing comes out.

Unfortunately because of the price, this is absolutely the best dry shampoo I have ever used. I have fine oily hair and normally have to wash my hair everyday, and this has saved me.

Broken upon delivery, could not get it to spray. It only has an option to return to store, which I do not live near.

Smells HORRIBLE. Like literal fish and other things. Not sure if I just got a bad bottle or if they all smell like this. Also doesn’t work well. I’ve bought cheaper with a better smell and results.

The nozzle stops working almost immediately. This was my go-to for YEARS - product is great - but something has def. changed in their packaging the past year. Every single bottle I’ve purchased, regardless of size or store, it’s defective.

Best dry shampoo but the nozzle problems are ridiculous! This helped me though so maybe it’ll help you too. When the nozzle stopped spraying, I broke the plastic seal near the edge of the nozzle’s top. This allowed me to pop open the top (be careful to not break off the top and it does spray out some powder) and then blow into the straw. Next I jammed a thumbtack to the nozzles spray hole, pressed down the top like I normally would to spray it, and it worked again. Very frustrating I have to do this but this it’s too expensive to go to waste.

Overpriced junk. Leaves hair very greasy.

It arrived without a cap. How do I know it hasn’t been used and how am I supposed to transport it without it spraying?

The bottle came completely empty it all sprayed out.
