The product itself works wonders, but I’ve bought two cans, the first stopped spraying brand new, I exchanged it for a new one, and now that one won’t spray!! Pretty annoyed, I’ll have to exchange it again or maybe just get my money back.

Defective - didn’t spray

The last two times I've purchased this product, the spray nozzle has stopped working within the first few uses. The first time it happened, I returned the product to the retailer, no problems. The second time it happened, I decided it wasn't worth the effort. I also had the same problem with the heat protectant spray nozzle. I really like these products, but they are too expensive to risk continuing to buy.

I love this product - it's a great dry shampoo. The nozzles, however, are defective. I've had at least 3 bottles that haven't worked and that I've had to return because no product will come out.

I use the advanced clean dry shampoo on day 1, immediately after a full wash and blow dry, there is no buildup until day 6 or so, I wash my hair once a week.

Living proof, your bottles are not manufactured well. I'm now on my fourth bottle of your product that stopped spraying when it was brand new. I got one spray out of it and can no longer use it. Your product is too expensive for it to just be wasted. I love the formala but the fact that the bottle stops working is turning me away from wanting to continue to use your product. And at this point I'm not the only one. I'm seeing other people talk about it on social media too. FIX THE PROBLEM!

I was excited to try this “advanced clean” dry shampoo bc I loved the regular version by Living Proof! I didn’t feel this one worked as well, however, and the nozzle broke after using it just a few times. It’s not just clogged, but broken, so I have 3/4 of a bottle of product I can’t use. Definitely will go back to the regular version!

Love this conditioner gifted by living proof! It makes my hair so soft and shiny without feeling heavy or greasy. My hair feels more manageable and has a nice, healthy-looking bounce. It also pairs perfectly with the shampoo for extra volume. Obsessed!!!

This dry shampoo is great, but the last 2 times I’ve ordered it the nozzle gets clogged after about a week of use. Once inoperative, there’s no way for it to spray and goes it the garbage. For high-end product, if it doesn’t dispense, it’s a complete waste.

Bottle is almost full yet the nozzle isn't working. Had to use our cheap 5 dollar one who's nozzle still works perfectly. Kind of ridiculous

I've been a loyal user of the original formula for years. This formulation's fragrance is not pleasant.

i bought the mini size to try it out & this stuff is definitely the best dry shampoo i’ve used in a while! i have fine brown hair; it doesn’t leave any white residue, makes my hair look clean and fresh, and adds some volume too— however, it stinks. i really can’t explain the smell but it’s sort of like old lady funk 😭 when my boyfriend walked in the bathroom he said, “what’s that smell” with a look on his face. it eventually goes away but is very strong when you first apply it. regardless, even tho this stuff is pretty expensive for a dry shampoo i will say it definitely works well. i’m not certain that i would repurchase it though.

Amazing dry shampoo for oily, fine hair! I’ve been able to go three days without shampooing, even with working out and sweating. I previously could only go one day without shampooing.

Had to exchange the first one for a faulty spray and now this one.. one spray and it won’t work. $33 bucks the container should at least work

I love this product, it smells good & works great, but this is the 2nd can I’ve purchased that has had a faulty spray top and nothing comes out.

I don’t like to wash my hair every day and the Advanced Clean does leaps and bounds over the regular Perfect Hair Day dry shampoo. I appreciate that it doesn’t look gross on repeat use after 2 days with no washed hair and can be revived with a little water.
