I am a proud southern girl that grew up with grandmothers and a mother that used cast iron cookware. I decided to expand my vintage collection and order two of these baking sheets. I was so excited when I saw they were delivered until I opened the box! Target shipped them in a huge box, too tall and too wide for the pans, and only used a small piece of crumbled shipping paper in the box! No labels outside of the box to notify shippers of what has become this new fragile cast iron. All of my cast iron has been in my family at least 80 years and none has ever cracked or chipped. Are we getting %100 cast iron or are they making a cast iron coating? I returned mines in the box they were shipped with the piece of crumbled shipping paper, knowing that the shippers are likely to rough handle the box. SMH! Now I anxiously await replacements, prepared that I may receive another round of broken "cast iron" pans. All of these discussions about the chemicals we are being exposed to from products that leach chemicals into our food. I would really like to know what grade is cast iron that breaks, and if there is a new era cast iron being sold to us:(

Trash, I've had it less than 2 weeks and it's rusting already.
