Unreliable weather station

I bought this to keep an eye on the weather at my home when I’m away. Frequently disconnects from WiFi as can be seen in photo. Multiple emails to the company were no help. Was told multiple times to restart station and WiFi connection. Rain gauge has stopped working multiple times as well. Would not recommend….especially for the price.
