I bought the headset in Sept. 2023 for work (3-4 calls per day on average, ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hr). It works well - sound was clear, others heard me fine, and they didn't pinch/hurt my ears much after wearing for too long. Minimal to no wear and tear. This past month, folks on several calls have said that my sound went out as I was speaking. When I disconnect the headset and use the laptop mic, I can be heard. I don't expect the headset to last much longer.

I bought these because I started working from home and needed something good but not too pricey. I wouldn’t go cheaper than these, they work great, they connect via usb and the sound quality is really good, didn’t have problems with volume either! And the mic is loud and clear. They get a bit uncomfortable after a while but they were fine to use for a couple of hours with a break in between. So if you’re looking for a cheap but decent headset, this is it!

The quality of sound is great. They were recognizable to my laptop. Great for work. What I didn’t like was that it’s cushioned but yet uncomfortable once you put them on. I’ve had them for about a week and a half and use them everyday, they were broken in so it’s not as uncomfortable as the first day. I do not recommend if you’re going to be wearing them all day for work. A few minutes here and there is nothing compared to hours.

The sound from these headphones is very good. My biggest complaint is that I used them for training which was 6 hours for 3 days and they are pretty uncomfortable but for the money...I would say they are ok for the average person needing a headset for occasional meetings

Headset was working great - when it did. But unfortunately stopoed working today (purchased less than 1 year ago). Never mishandled, just left on a desk 24 hours and used occasionally for telecalls. Tad disappointing in the lifespan because they did work well.
