A: My basket is 19.5 inches long, 8.5 wide and 10.5 inches tall. The basket portion is 5.5 inches tall, not including the handle.

Q: Is this basket really 17 inches wide? That would make it almost as wide as it is long. The picture shows this basket on a narrow shelf.

This may be my favorite basket ever. What a weird thing to say but truly this basket is wonderful! Its size is unmatched without being oversized or taking up space. It’s oblong shape lends itself to any surface and the handle with the detail is fun, trendy and expensive looking!

I love the quality of this oval rattan decoration basket. I love how thick & sturdy the basket is. It fits perfectly on my coffe table & doesn't take up a lot of space. My potpourri fits perfectly inside.

Beautiful design, well made, sturdy and pretty basket - woven rattan has a very natural look & feel. Great for gift basket or could hold wine bottles, towels, etc. My cat even loved it too, on Christmas day!

Excited to use this basket as a harvest basket in the garden this summer. The handle is wrapped and very comfortable to hold. It feels really sturdy and looks nice. I like the unusual oval shape and most of my other baskets are round. I don’t have a cupboard to store my harvest brackets in so I appreciate that this one is pretty enough to sit on the counter top when not in use in the garden. It is sold as a decorative item but this basket is durable enough that it's going to work on the homestead.
