Works as designed. No surprises. Offers different chimes.

Does not make notifications when there is motion or someone presses the button on the doorbell.

Works perfect! Easy to set up (3 min). I wondered if it would be loud enough to hear throughout our home (about 4,000 sq ft) and there's no doubt it is. I love that you can pick the ring tone and place it wherever is convenient. Great product!

So far it’s working as advertised. I was hoping to disconnect my original chime but it appears I have to have it hooked up for the lorex video doorbell to have power. That’s a bummer

Works good so far. I like the fact that it has a sound alert when someone approaches even if they don’t push the bell. Pretty nice.

I know this will fall on deaf ears but it will make me feel better. I have had a lorex 8 camera system in my house for 8 years and have only had to replace 2 camera's, it works great. I received a push email that had the lorex doorbell and chime system on sale order number (LA1056324). I purchased it on November 27, 2024 as a Christmas present. It was installed soon after Christmas, and worked flawlessly for approximately 2 days. I was notified by email that the doorbell wasn't connected. I read what to do and reset the doorbell but still no luck. I contacted customer service and he had me do several things with still did not make it reconnect, he said that it probably was my internet and that he had to be on 2. 4mhz. I made an appointment with my ATT fiber company which had updated my system about 4 months prior. They came out check my wifi signal and all locations including the doorbell area. My I was told my system automatically goes whatever signal a device needs but he did manually set it to the 2. 4 mhz, still no connection. I reinstalled my ring doorbell that has worked for 5 years, and yes it is working just fine. Today I called back customer service it see if I could return it or get a replacement to try. Her response was for me to try another phone to run it on or see if the transformer in my houae was bad. I told her I had already removed and put my old on back up. I asked if I could return or at least get a new one to try and she said there was more trouble shooting to do. I did say nevermind and I would just throw it all in the trash. I patiently await your response before I resort to throwing it out If someone reads this thank you for letting me vent.

T impressed with the size of the picture I receive with the front door camera. Too small and very limited size for the price.

This product is good but the corresponding door bell sends a delayed signal and goes offline quite often

I did purchase this product thinking it was a requirement for the doorbell camera, however it would probably work well if I didn’t have the mechanical doorbell already that I was able to connect. I do notice it goes offline quite a bit, so I am not sure it was necessary, at least for me. I do love the doorbell camera though along with my camera system and being able to see so clearly around my home.

Had recall on product due to battery problems. Was notified and took care of the return and credit my funds back efficiently.

Nice and compact,very easy to set up,lots of setup options,work great!

The doorbell was returned since defective, so I had no need for these chimes.
